HAPPY BIRTHDAY VICKIE TUCKER!

Happy 50th Birthday wishes to Vickie Tucker. Vickie celebrated her birthday at the Bear's Stadium while watching her son, Drew, play baseball. Vickie's mother, Sue Brothers, and sister, Suanne Davis, organized and planned a surprise party complete with balloons, a banner that hung on the stadium and a 50th birthday cake. Vickie's husband, Andy, was on hand for the celebration along with family, and friends. According to Sue, Vickie was definitely surprised!
Dorotha Guinn enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren during their spring break last week. Rebecca, 10, Mary, 6, and Matthew, 3, Guinn had a great time at grandma's house skating, skate boarding, shopping and feeding the ducks. Matthew found his own unique way of riding down Dorotha's driveway on the skateboard. He lay down on his stomach and went full steam ahead! Rebecca, Mary and Matthew were feeding the ducks when Matthew fell in Lake Conroe. Dorotha jumped in after him for her first dip in the water this year. Dorotha's grandchildren reside in the Cypress area.
Milton and Jane Laake enjoyed spending spring break with their granddaughters, Samantha and Amber Neels. Jane, Samantha and Amber had a fun shopping day in Conroe; which included lunch.
Rose Ann Zolka, Evelyn Parzyck and Jane Laake attended the Brown Bag Lunch at Conroe Regional Medical Center last week. The topic was Nutrition and Healthy Eating. The ladies enjoyed the interesting talk and the delicious lunch. The Brown Bag Lunches are held monthly at the hospital.
Eight members of the Cape Conroe Ladies' Society attended the Birthday Lunch at the Relay Station last week. The delicious home cooked food was wonderful and the country atmosphere was friendly and fun. The Relay Station also has a large reception room for special parties and events.
Until next week take care, be safe and give someone a hug! Have a Great Week!
