HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUTH ZWIMPFER

Happy 92nd Birthday wishes to Ruth Zwimpfer. Ruth attended a birthday dinner and celebration at the home of her daughter, Dorotha Guinn. Attending the festivities were Ruth's siblings, Rosie Besch and Merle Rorax, her grandchildren, Lee Ann Sowders, Laurie Scogin and Charles Guinn and their families. They enjoyed a wonderful dinner followed by birthday cake and watching the basketball playoff game.
Happy Birthday wishes to Grace Wunsch. Marvin and Grace celebrated her birthday with dinner at DeAngelo's in Conroe. Grace spent the day of her birthday working in her yard enjoying being outside in our beautiful spring weather.
Congratulations to Justin and Jolie Godfrey who were united in marriage on March 13th. Everyone was very happy to see the two childhood friends exchange wedding vows, including Jolie's sixyearold daughter, Kayla. Thanks to, Rama McDonald, a proud mother and motherinlaw for sharing your happy news with us.
Chester and Evelyn Parzyck recently returned from Burlington, New Jersey where they celebrated his father's 90th birthday. Chester's parents, Walter and Jean Parzyck were surprised when he and Evelyn arrived at their home.
The family attended a birthday dinner at Ye Olde Centerton Inn. Steeped in history the Inn is the oldest operating Inn in New Jersey and the second oldest operating Inn in America. According to history, the General Marquis de Lafayette is said to have planned the Revolutionary War strategy at the Inn. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful dinner.
Despite snow, sleet and temperatures around 16 degrees, without the chill factor, Chester, Evelyn and his family shopped, enjoyed eating out and had a great time together. Happy 90th Birthday wishes to Mr. Walter Parzyck.
Dorotha Guinn and her daughter, Lee Ann Sowders, recently returned from a road trip to Washington D.C. Joining them for the trip were Dorotha's mother and aunt, Ruth Zwimpfer and Rosie Besch. The ladies had two reasons for making the trip. Their first reason was to visit Lee Ann's daughter, Rachael Sowders, who is spending part of her senior year at Texas A&M University as an intern to Kevin Brady, and the second reason was to see the cherry blossoms in bloom.
They had a great visit with Rachael who took them on a private tour of the Capitol Building. In addition to their tours of Washington D.C. they went to the Inland Harbor in Baltimore where they toured the World Trade Center Tower then to Annapolis to see the Naval Academy.
According to Dorotha, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom and absolutely beautiful.
On their way home the ladies toured the candy factory in Hershey, Pennsylvania. They had a great time in Hershey where they sampled a lot of candy and even brought some home.
Dorotha told me they saw beautiful scenery as they drove the three thousand eight hundred mile round trip across the country.
Happy April Birthday wishes to Grace Wunsch, Ruth Zwimpfer, Rosemarie MacCartney and Lynn Coffman. Happy April Anniversary wishes to George and Bettye Weekley and to Bill and Pat Wren.
Until next week take care, be safe and give someone a hug! Have a Great Week!
