Happy Birthday Tracy & Madison
Tracy McCarty and her daughter, Madison, recently celebrated their birthdays. Tracy and her family enjoyed spending her birthday watching the Texans play football with their friends. Tracy and her husband, Sean, and children, Ryan and Madison, also celebrated her birthday with dinner at her parents' home.
Happy 5th Birthday wishes to Madison McCarty. Madison celebrated her birthday with a skating party at the Roller Skate Rink in Conroe. Her parents, Sean and Tracy McCarty, hosted the Strawberry Shortcake party. Several friends and family attended the party.
Happy Birthday wishes to Catherine Woodruff. Lorraine Wyatt hosted a birthday lunch at the Ming Restaurant in Montgomery. Following a delicious lunch Lorraine served a beautifully decorated marble birthday cake and ice cream at her home. I attended the luncheon along with Lorraine Wyatt, Betty Radcliffe, Dorothy Cullison, and Betty Laird.
Catherine enjoyed hearing from her entire family on the day of her birthday. She also enjoyed receiving candy and flowers from her family.
Milton Laake recently returned from a trip to Freer, Texas where he went dove hunting. Milton and two of his brothers, Otto Laake and Ernest Laake, were joined by their nephew, Charles Wade, and thirteen other men who enjoyed lots of hunting, good food and fellowship.
Congratulations to Vallie and Kelly Attaway on being awarded Yard of the Month for October. The Attaways reside on Hillside Drive.
Congratulations to the directors elected at the Annual Property Owners' Meeting last Sunday. Directors elected for a threeyear term were Howard Collier, Betty Radcliffe and Paul Rex. Alternate directors elected for a oneyear term were Bill Eldridge and Larry Bates.
Committee chairmen will be selected at the monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 13th at 7:00 p.m. All residents are encouraged to attend the meeting and volunteer to serve on a committee for the next year. Committees forming are: Deed Restrictions, Community Relations, Special Projects, and Architectural Control to name a few.
Until next week take care, be safe and give someone a hug! Have a Great Week!
