| Curran Events Hey Ya’ll, Imagine my surprise when I answered the phone Tuesday and the first words out of Regina’s mouth was "We had a baby!" My first thought was--Regina did not seem in the family way the last time I saw her and second I thought, Mike you "old devil" you! Actually it was daughter Michelle’s baby and they named her Mckayla Jane Schultz. Congratulations to the parents, grandparents and to Monte who has to deal with Regina’s nerves! Ok, all you Montgomery Cowboys listen up, especially Cole, Scott and Isaac. First of all this must be kept a secret, so put the paper up close to read this. I’ve had a journalistic spy sleuth checking up on Cowboy Bill--here’s his secret. Once a week Cowboy Bill goes by Brooks Bowman’s Massage Therapy Center across from Conroe High School and gets a message for himself, the cowdogs, the cowhorse and the cowmule. "Cowboy Bill" claims that afterwards working cattle is just a walk in the park! Speaking of Cowboy Bill, Tina Marie of K-Star radio just had a baby boy, the second for her and husband Paul. Tina is a great friend of mine and Bill’s and has laughed her way through many radio commercials that he and I have done for local businesses. Congratulation Tina Marie and Paul. Hey I saw Pastor Randy Weaver recently he is proud as a "Bear in a Bee-Cave" because the Montgomery Cowboy Fellowship has found a beautiful site just west of town for their Cowboy Church. R.D., Herb, Glenn, Randy and Cowboy Bill have been clearing the property and it looks great--God Bless to all involved and I’, sure that not enough thanks can be given to the Price family who has graciously allowed the use of their arena for services. Hey Junior, Jerri Sue and I came by Saturday and I’ll tell you something, "If your going to let that smoke get out onto Hwy 105, then your going to sell lots of that BBQ! This is a special note to Bobby’s "Granny" out in California--Dear Granny, Bobby has turn his corner into a tourist "Mecca" he’s got Shopping Malls, Cruise Lines, 5 Star Restaurants and soon to come a theme park to beat Disneyland. It will be called "Holder’s Dobbin World" and will have the world’s largest dunking pond. As soon as "Gator Bates" can catch enough gators they are planning a special Dunk and Swim week-end.
