The Hidden Problems With Legalizing Illegal Aliens
Dear Editor,
I must say, that legalizing millions of illegals into America will surely collapse the welfare system entirely and this is why. If you have a man here who is from another nation illegally and you all of a sudden cause him to become legalized, even on a temporary basis, you will open Pandora's box of families migrating to America to join the income provider. Thus, Papa will be able to legally call for Mama, children and any elderly parents they are responsible for maintaining. Your ten million illegals will swell to eighty million over the next few years and every one of them will be entitled to welfare and housing. The system that is just barely hanging on by a fiscal thread will snap at the exponential growth of its burden and will become instantly insolvent, because those who pick vegetables surely don't make enough to provide adequately for an entire family living within an American economy. This will also collapse the school budgets, for there will be an increase of millions of students who will need special classes that provide Spanish instructors and books. This will also collapse the hospitals, for they will flood to them with their entitlement cards. This will also collapse the state food card programs, for every one of them will be eligible for AFDC and the Food Card. This will also collapse the insurance industry, for many of them will not make enough to provide for themselves, so they will not have auto insurance and the rise of uninsured accidents will increase and break the budgets of the carriers. They will be forced to either raise their rates or bail out. This will cause the attorneys to flourish as they sue every body in sight for not accommodating two languages and so forth and so on for these new legal, non English speaking citizens. This will corrupt the elections, for every place of large concentration that they live, they will vote into office their own race who will cater to their wants and not the stronger candidate. Also, those workers who take our jobs from the inside will increase, replacing many of us with their newly arrived family members. The list goes on, but my mind wearies comptemplating all of this. Needless-to-say, the legalization of millions of foreigners (whatever the race) would have disastrous and irreversible results.
Respectfully,
